Waynesville Police Department

Officer Couch, a 25-year law enforcement veteran, is formerly from Eastern Kentucky. He joined the Waynesville Police Department in 2004. Officer Couch is a member of the Police Department Bike Patrol, after completing the International Police Mountain Bike Association training. Officer Couch is married with two children. When not patrolling or spending time with his family on the farm, he enjoys hunting and camping. Officer Couch takes pride in helping others and educating children, who are our future leaders.
