Waynesville Police Department

Officer Lickert, from Springboro, Ohio, is currently our only female officer. With a goal to follow in her father’s career path, as he is a retired Dayton Police Detective, she attended Sinclair Community College earning her Associates Degree in Law Enforcement and Police Studies. In addition, she continued her education at Eastern Kentucky University achieving a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Officer Lickert attended the Greene County Career Center Police Academy and earned her OPOTA certification. After Officer Lickert received her peace officer certification, she worked as a part-time officer in Maineville, Ohio for approximately 8 months before coming to the Waynesville Police Department in 2007. Officer Lickert enjoys continuing her education, which she has attended several additional and advanced training classes. When she is not on patrol, she enjoys spending time with her two English Bulldogs.
