Waynesville Police Department

Officer Gilcher has been in law enforcement since 1994 and is currently with the Waynesville Police Department. He performs road patrol duties, court bailiff and is the web master for the department. He also is a computer forensics examiner along with cell phone and portable storage forensics. Officer Gilcher has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology and has been in the industry since 1997. He is married and has a son. His hobbies include amateur radio, wood working and reading.
